Each report has a unique number of items and complexity of research and methodology. An estimate will be made upon learning details of the nature, the number of items to be appraised, and the amount of information you already have. Fees for appraisal reports are billed at an hourly rate and are never based on the value of the item being appraised. 

A pre-determine deposit or retainer is due prior to the inspection with the balance due before any report is released.  There is a trip charge for all trips  over 35 miles each way.
